岗位职责

1. Monitors competitors activities and assists in marketing intelligence
监控竞争者的活动并获取市场
2. Sells to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business
销售新的，现有的客户群体并实施目标策略，商讨最适合的价格
3. Services existing business through management of account bases
管理及服务现有的客户
4. Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market
发展及维护正规的销售拜访，会见主要的目标市场客户
5. Provides direction on, and conducts market research and analysis
做好市场调查及市场分析
6. Develops and maintains contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/convention bureau, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel business

JOB SPECIFICATION
职位要求
1. College graduate, with at least three years related working experience in the same position in 5-star hotel;
大专以上学历，有同等星级酒店相同岗位工作经验3年以上。
2. Have good image and temperament; good sense of service and willing to develop yourself in the hospitality industry;
五官端正,形象气质良好，有较强的服务意识，有志在酒店业发展。
3. Have good working attitude and sense of teamwork;
良好的工作态度及团队合作意识。
4. Decent work ethics, with good capacity on interaction and coordination;
良好的职业素养，并具备良好的人际沟通能力和协调能力。
5. Strong ability in language and excellent English capacity both in oral and written;
具有较强的文字综合能力和优秀的英文口笔译表达能力。
6. Commitment to quality in everything they do;
在对客服务的每个细节中都保证质量。
7. Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities;
处理问题、理解力，组织能力和培训能力。
