职位描述
Job description forEngineering manager
1> Checking key-in data for ERP system.
2> Team work for related PPAP documents.(especially for Flow chart, PFMEA,etc)
3> Confirmed internal drawing based on customer’s incoming specification.
4> Confirmed the layout design for new projects which are enquiry status.
5> Take technical discussion with the customer for product dimensions, special requirements and so on.(like SCR meeting with Conti, TLG meeting with Bosch)
6> Product feasibility evaluation, make a communication with the customer about the optimization of customer’s design.
7> Discussing and confirmed the new tool design.
8> Discussing and confirmed for new fixture design.
9> Negotiated the tool design and manufacturing items with the tool supplier.
10> Technical discussion with Germany in terms of tool technology, quality items and so on.
11> Take control the status of all tools which are in beginning stage, make sure the tool are transferring into mass-production stage successfully.
12> Checking all of the Norms which are come from customer, implement the training to related employees.
13> Performance evaluation for the subordinate monthly.
14> Coordinated with other dept for the related process go through.
15> Complete other jobs which the boss placed.
Needed skills for Engineering manager.
1> Bachelor degree
2> Having the knowledge for tool design, tool maintenance.
3> More than 5 years working experience in automotive or electronic area.
4> Familiar with TS16949 quality system.
5> Be good at using 3D software UG or others and also Autocad.
6> Good English level in oral and writing.
7> Good communication skills with other colleague.
