Job Title:
Customer Service&Documentation Specialist
Department:
Customer Service&Documentation Specialist-Tianjin
Reporting to:
Tianjin Branch Manager
1.Overall Purpose
-Ensure to provide quality/professional service to customers and handle queries in apatient/polite attitude;
-Always ensure to protect company interset;
-Perform data input to support the daily operations of the department.
2.Dimensions
-Input booking-60 bookings per week;
-Preparation of bills of lading-35 b/l per week.
3.Key Accountabillitoes(Priority Percentage)
a)Immediate key in compass and ensure 100% rate/surcharge accuracy;(18%)
b)Partiently politely answer phone enquiries & solve customer's problem via fax/e-mail/phone in a prompt/enthusiastic manner;(17%)
c)Encourage INTTRA usage,release booking through INTTAR within 2 hours upon receipt;(6%)
d)Check customers for any shortfall 2days before vessel closing & compass updating;(3%)
e)Prepare easy-to-read shipping schedule with clear closing date to HKSG & customers;(3%)
f)Match compass booking within 24 hours(after vessel sailed);(3%)
g)Input shipment information into the docs system for issuing full sets of bill of lading to shipper wihtin the specified timeframe and standard;(40%)
h)Handle enquiries from destination(angents/offices/customers)to smooth the documentation.(10%)
4.Minimun Qualification and Experience
-Matriculated education;
-Fluent Oral and written English;
-Excellent Knowledge on word excel application;
-Minimum 2 years'shipping / forwarding,documentation experience;

1.需要至少2年的操作经验和北美对口的业务知识
2.英语4级水平
