Bystronic Tianjin has two manufacturing plants dedicated to development and production of Laser cutting systems and Press Brakes. ABOUT THIS JOB:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Service technician trainer- Laser machines with ability to clearly build up training processes and methods, with result driven attitude who will be responsible for rolling out and implementing service technician training for the company in China and abroad


Daily duties and responsibilities:

Evaluate existing training procedures and materials to the new Bystronic standards both in English and Chinese, as well as, create new materials whenever necessary.
Implement Bystronic technical training course for service technicians in China and abroad.
Set up yearly training plans for service technicians according to the needs and budget requirements.
Maintain the training database incl. documents, materials, training records.
Provide constructive evaluation to all trained service technicians.
Provide basic training to Bystronic new staff on technical aspects of the products.

REQUIREMENTS:

We expect from the successful candidate the following personal skills, educational and professional background
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals from different cultural backgrounds
Act as a role model in applying basic methods and techniques during trainings
Ability to translate complex technical concepts and facts to practical and measurable actions
Knowledge on teaching/training methods
Well organized and highly motivated personality
Patient and persistent team player with capacity to give constructive feedback
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
3-4 years of practical, technical experience (training experience will be a plus )
Good oral and written communication skills in English ( Chinese will be a plus )
