Essential Responsibilities
Responsible for selling and account management activities within a specific portfolio of customers and prospects – from cold calling and targeting new prospects to cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers. Must ensure Working Capital product sales success, quota achievement and profitability accomplishments within the approved pricing and credit policies.
Structure, price, negotiate and close Working Capital for firms with annual sales target.
Work closely with the Sales origination, risk and legal teams to define and execute on prospecting priorities.
Maintain account relationships at a strategic & tactical level in order to maintain appropriate levels of line utilization.
Identify and capitalize market opportunities, including high priority prospects as well as existing customers.
Grow product portfolio through an adequate structuring of new deals; negotiate commercial conditions and structure deals Maintaining an appropriate price-risk balance. Monitor legal, fiscal and economic changes to adapt market strategy.
Support commercial initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and streamlining operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors or Engineering Degree, Business/Finance Major or Postgraduate studies. 3-5 years at minimum of experience on Financial Industry. Overall understanding of fiscal, accounting, capital market matters as they relate to Working Capital facilities. Market analysis and good sales planning knowledge
Desired Characteristics
Business perspective; able to communicate, negotiate and provide consultancy to CFOs, Treasures and business executives across a broad industry base. Articulate GE´s terms & conditions through a proposal document, following product, credit and legal guidance. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Project Management: Self-started and highly results oriented; able to execute and manage conflicting priorities with minimum guidance. Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office toolkit software. Bilingual: English Spanish
