职位描述
Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities:
? Head and supervise the work of a team of M&O staff.
? Schedule the work of relative technical team to obtain optimum servicing of the property/properties to which you are assigned.
? Responsible for operation team’s day to day work and evaluate the performance of operation team to ensure optimum performance.
? Conduct training skills for operation staff when necessary.
? Coordinator and communicate with other function to ensure the equipment adjustment, maintenance does not affect or reduce the impact the normal operation of equipment and end-user.
? Responsible for all the public equipment normal operation for both CUB and the main building.
? Responsible for Electrical & Control systems.
? Responsible for the SWP issue for maintenance activities and check the SWP which issued by the shift leader.
? Prepare budget projections for maintenance works, energy supplies and contract services for the annual building budget plans.
? Responsible for keeping accurate operation logs according to established policies and procedures
? Responsible for correct execution of established maintenance program for his section. Maintenance plan review and submit the equipment shut down proposal.
? Responsible for training of subordinates in their respective assigned jobs
? Responsible for giving daily personnel report to programmer
? Responsible for keeping Tech Mgr. Informed of inoperative equipment, progress of work, possible delay, job performance, interest, discipline and discrepancy of his crew.
? Responsible for order and cleanliness throughout assigned areas
? Responsible for ensuring that all Dows’ safety rules and regulations are adhered to by assigned personnel.
? Attends Engineering Staff Meetings.
? Follows all other instructions/rules and regulations that may be issued.
? Submit the monthly work plan and work report.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
? Education - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or PE in electrical engineering or equivalent of on the job experience directing and managing a facility engineering department.
? Job Experience - 7+ years of experience in facility/plant engineering and maintenance supervision. Managerial experience required.
? Personal characteristics - Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports..
? Must be proficient in basic computer applications and software such as MS Office, Lotus, E-Mail etc.
? For internal candidates, must constantly receive an “exceeds expectations” job evaluation over the past three years.
