Position Summary:


The Development Manager has the responsibility for the successful delivery of the technological aspect of the operation solutions for Emerging Markets countries.

This position entails working with cross-functional, global IT teams to ensure solutions are delivered with the best technical approach, on-time and on-budget. The Development manager applies senior technical and managerial skills in order to satisfy project requirements, while building positive professional relationships with both colleagues and clients.


Key responsibilities include:

· Managing the development team, including but not limited to;

· Managing diagnostic and resolution of high priority issues.

· Technical operations, including code certification and maintaining quality standards

· Conducting Design Reviews and vetting technical recommendations

· Oversight and participation in Technical Scoping and Discovery

· Ultimately responsible for quality of development deliverables

· Mentoring new hires

· Planning and preparing for new projects, including requirements analysis, solution architecture and monitoring of development team execution.

· Working closely with the project management staff to ensure that the projects are being conducted in a manner consistent with best practices from a development perspective.

· Responsible for maintaining build process and code repository

· Retain top talents, promote engagement of staff towards the company, decrease staff turnover, and support the recruitment process



Requirement, Skills and Competencies:


· Undergraduate university degree or above;

· Excellent understanding of ERP solutions: requirements gathering and analysis, solutions architecture and development, as well as knowledge of best practices and processes

· Professional experience in the area of web development and architecture

· Experience working with the Microsoft .NET technologies and Microsoft SQL Server.

· Experience managing and leading several projects simultaneously.

· Experience working within an outsourcing agency

· Ability to build strong relationships

· Problem solving and organization skills

· Ability for languages: fluency in English and Chinese.

· Able to travel overseas.

· Can work alone and under pressure.
