Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and coordinate to ensure the quality delivery of complaint handing flow and SLA with frontline and relating BU/SU according to the complaint handing guideline
2. Engage relevant stakeholder for further improvement for the benefit of end-to-end customer experience as identified from compliants & service issues
3. Steamline the service and compliant related process, refine the relating procedure & guideline and deliver relating training & communication with frontline
4. Generate management and regulator report for complaint trend and service movement
5. Assist the customer service related initiatives, projects and campaigns, like customer survey, mystery shopper
Qualification:
1. Minimum 3-5 years in banking industry, experience in foreign banks is preferred
2. Good knowledge in retail banking customer service is preferred
3. Proficient user of office software: xls.,ppt and word
4. Good communication & interpersonal skills
5. Have good experience in complaint handing with wealth case in paritcular
6. Have good knowledge on PFS business including products and service
