Activities:

Forecasting

§ Collecting forecast from sales team.

§ Analysis sales forecast, comparing with sales history to find the gaps.

§ Discuss with sales team about the gaps, to make forecast more reasonable before uploading in system , and make sure the combined data is in line with the sales target.

§ Review the forecast fulfill rate timely, adjust the forecast base on the actual sales condition, then change request after discussion with production and purchasing dept.

§ Considering the sales forecast during promotion period in advance.

§ Improve the forecast accuracy.

Communications

§ Closely communication with planning dept to make sure the forecast can be fulfilled.

§ Coordinate with purchasing dept for import finish goods status.

§ Coordinate with logistic dept for goods transfer issues to make reasonable stock in local warehouse.

§ Closely communication with related dept on urgent or temperature forecast.

Reporting

§ Monthly forecast accuracy report, analysis the forecast then share to sales team.

Others

§ Supervising the stock in each warehouse, try to decrease the shortage and stock level.

Qualifications:

· College degree or above;

· At least 5 years working experience with international companies in demand management especially on forecast.

· Exceptional data analysis and management skills.

· Strong skills in SAP system and Microsoft Office skills are required and Microsoft Access skills are a plus.
A good team player, initiative, excellent organization and coordination skills.

· Good communication skill in written and oral English.
