Position: Warehouse Manager
Direct Report to: Production Manager
Work Location: Shanghai Songjiang

Position Purpose:
- Company has the objective to develop their Shanghai facility to a first-class operational center including extended capabilities to develop, industrialize and produce new products especially for base station antennas, Wireless indoor solutions and Infrastructure Solutions for RRU Deployments. One key driver for success is excellence in warehousing and logistic processes. The Manager of Warehouse shall lead the transition of the current warehouse towards a modern, efficient warehouse and logistics center. The center manages the material and goods flow for the four manufacturing unit’s base station antennas, RF jumpers, Cables, and InSoR as well as the delivery to customers in Asia and worldwide.


Responsibilities:
1. In charge of the daily operation management of the warehouse and make work schedule and budget. Standardize and improve the work process and rules.
2. Build and complete the system of warehouse department, including the management of the warehouse employees.
3. Control and manage the GR/GI, cycle count, packing and shipping in raw material, kitting and finished goods warehouse.
4. Carry out warehouse 5S management; make warehouse clear and ordered, increase warehouse turnover rate and occupancy rate.
5. Provide continuously improve methods to increase the efficiency and reduce the cost.
6. Performance evaluation of warehouse staffs and training to them the related business.
7. Coordinate and communicate with other departments (inside the operations organization with the four manufacturing units and the Planning and Logistic department; outside the operations organization with the business operations department).
8. Develop new innovative warehousing concepts based on new technologies for warehouses and monitoring material and goods storage and flows.

Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree from University or Technical College with major in logistics, storage, supply chain or other related topics.
? Over 3 years' working experience in warehousing and logistics or in related management work. Working experience in the foreign company and international environment is a plus.
? Be familiar with the warehouse requirement and purchasing of the equipment in the electronics industry. Understand 5S and 6 Sigma Management.
? Good knowledge of SAP system and WMS management. Be family with Microsoft OFFICE. Be good at data analysis and data report.
? Be equipped with a strong ability to plan and organize work, having strong executive power and the ability to carry out the plan
? Excellent community and coordinate ability. Good Command of Computer skills.
? Excellent communication skills; preferred fluent in English (speaking and writing)
? Open personality. Can work under high pressure and deal with several tasks at the same time.
