工作职责：

Lead or participate fly ash-based technology and product development, particularly green cement

1. Assist project leader to lead or participate the program goal and develop implementation plan.

2. Generate new ideas, identify research problems or new opportunities or problems, propose hypothesis, and design experiments.

3. Supervise technicians, execute the experiments, and extract conclusions from the experimental results

4. Keep up with the latest technical and market development through publications, conferences, and field trips

5. Document project progresses and communicate with management

6. Be our technical expert in internal and external meetings in fly-ash-based product research

任职资格：

■ Master or Ph.D. with at least 2 years of experience.

■ Major in Inorganic-non-metal materials, Mineral science, materials science, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, municipal engineering, mining engineering, and geoscience

■ At least 2 year experience in research or product/application development and problem solving skills, particularly related to cement.

■ Good communication skills and good teamwork.

■Independent thinking with creativity, self-learner, and independently complete assignment.

■familiar with Microsoft software, such as word, excel, power point

■Can speak, read, and write in English. Can use English as the working language.

■ Hands-on, love to work in labs, and results-oriented.

■ Possess good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

■ Adapt to changes and welcome new challenges.

■ Have good self-management, high efficiency, team spirit, and safety awareness.
