Essential Responsibilities
- Never stopped learning Company new manufacturing intelligence related solution knowhow, bring it to China to help build up local capability
- Providing Company Software based solution technical Support to sales team develop target markets
- Take the leader ship to facilitate off-the-shelf applications in strategic areas
- Coordinates with account owner to deploy Technical/Commercial strategy/tactic for key accounts or opportunities
- Take lead technical survey, clarification, negotiation with customer
- 3rd party resources qualification and technical knowledge & experience transferring
- Interpreting the customer expectations, specification and selling strategy into a viable Technical and Commercial proposal
- Facilitate multi-teams coordination between marketing, sales and execution teams
- Conducts key opportunity’ review/approval process
- Handover awarded contract to execution team, and be participates at functional design specification generation
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least Bachelor degree ( Master and PHD would be preferred) in industrial automation, information technology or relative subject
- With systematically attending manufacturing management course experience would be preferred
- Fluent Bilingual language skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Exceptional customer service and good communication skills.
- >5 years industrial automation/software project execution experience
- >3 years industrial automation/software project management experience
- Have experience on HMI, MES, PLM, EAM, ERP and other industrial software solutions
- Nice knowledge, or years of implementation experience on DCS, PLC, ESD, IPC and other industrial control system would be preferred
- Nice team work experiences, and leadership potential
