Introduction of KYC program
In December 2014, the Amazon Global Selling team and Seller Support decided to setup a front office team of 4 FTEs in China with the goal of helping Sellers through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process in EU. To make you easier understand, you can consider KYC is basically an European version of legal document review, only it is much more difficult to get approved than Chinese Version. This is a key blocker to China-based Sellers launching in the EU and we believe that the front office team can help Sellers to clearly communicate the KYC requirements, help clarify any questions and act as a means for the TRMS investigator team in the UK to escalate to Sellers any outstanding issues. To be more specific of the working content, the KYC team will proactively make outbound call to those CN sellers who are intend to start their business on EU Amazon platform but having problems during the registration stage.
岗位职责:
1. Work proactively with sellers to ensure they understand Amazon's Requirements to sell on the Amazon Marketplace
2.Guide sellers to provide documentations required by Amazon in a timely manner via email and telephone (inbound and outbound)
3.Coordinate with different functional teams across different regions to improve both seller experience and efficiency
4.Drive tasks to completion by balancing business needs and building great customer experiences
5.Demonstrates ownership of every Seller interaction to achieve successful first time resolution on all contacts
6.Works with multiple technology applications and features to resolve Seller contacts
7.Demonstrates the ability to recognize and identify system, process and policy issues impacting our Sellers and drive business improvement initiatives
8.Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members with difficult contacts as needed.
9.Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
10.Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to appropriate channel including improvement suggestions.

1.Bilingual skill, fluent in oral and writing
2.Technical (Computers & Internet) savvy is required.
3.Desired skill-sets include MS Office applications specifically Excel, familiarity with web browsers, and demonstrated capability to work with tailored in-house applications
4.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers and stakeholders
5.Process improvement awareness and experience
6.Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
7.Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
