Responsibilities

Responsible for the coordination recruiting activities. Handle recruiting daily operation, enhance recruitment channel, recruitment tools, and assist in recruitment projects.

1:Create and maintain recruiting & staffing procedure to support business needs and development
2:Support to headcount plan and implement recruiting plan by actions including job analyses, CV screening, telephone interview, face to face interview, offer negotiation etc. in order to fill open positions with qualified candidates on time by most efficient channels
3:Maintain standard JD template pools
4:Evaluate performance of recruiting resources such as search firm in order to deliver efficient and qualified service
5:Update the recruitment report monthly
6:Support country level recruiting & staffing projects such as campus promotion and recruiting
7:Support BU recruiting or HR related activities across China upon request

Qualifications

1:Bachelor's degree in English, International Trade or Human Resource
2:2 years experience in recruiting and staffing, experience with multinational companies is preferred
3:Good interview skills
4:Good analytical ability and business sense
5:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, including meeting facilitation and presentations
