Sr.Project Engineer（欧美独资安全设备制造商，3年以上项目经验，英语熟练）

Main objective/s

？ Lead Operation new products instruction projects for those products are designed in Germany and manufactured in Beijing.

？ Work as Production Representative in Local Development Projects and lead activities in operation under process of NPI.

？ Calculate Cost and make offer & cost break down to other this company site for products decided to produce in Beijing, including spare parts, components in existing products.

？ Execute First Article Order for products in series production while required by other the company site.

？ Maintain Sales View of new products in SAP.

Additional assigned roles and scope(local)

？ Support to Verify products cost in SAP if required .

？ Maintain Pricelist for required local products.

？ Support to Process improvement and updating.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

l Lead Operation new products instruction projects for those products are developed in Germany and manufactured in Beijing.

？ Build up project plan, schedule,resource plan,investment.Execute and manage projects to align with process

？ Assure project abjection, incl time, cost, quality, etc. to be achieved

？ Identify & migrate project risk and escalate to report manager when necessarian

？ Communicate with Germany manufacturing site on aspect of requirements, change, project status

？ Maintain project documents

？ Work as Production Representative in local Development Projects and Lead activities in operation under process of NPI

？ Set the operation related requirements/targets to project team and take responsibilities of operation

？ Plan the activities of operation department and work together with project team member of operation to make sure the target is achieved, e.g. logistic, production line set up, process verification and validation, o series production(trial production), test concept,etc

？ Calculate cost and make offer & cost break down to other the company site for products decided to produce in SDMI, including spare parts, components in existing products

？ Execute First Article Inspection Order for products in series production while required by other the company site

？ Other tasks assigned by Dept. Manager

Education, Background and Skill Requirements:

？ Bachelor degree of Engineering

？ Knowledge of project tools

？ General working experience for 3 year or above experience in manufacturing company / 2 years or above working experience in project team

？ Job related working experience for 2 years' working experience in mechanical production area as Industry Engineer or Lean Production Engineer,Knowledges of new products introduction process,Experience of working as a project leader is prefer

？ IT know of SAP Office Powerpoint

？ Business Excellence System (BEST)

？ Basic Knowledge of Project Management

？ Good English, can communicate fluently
