Responsibilities:

To support the Shell China downstream /PT businesses,the downstream and PT business leaders in the area of stakeholder management with government and NOCs relevant to China Downstream and PT business as well as business development . Be responsible for helping senior China downstream/ PT management better understand the Chinese government + SOE systems and dynamics,identifying key governmental stakeholders,building and nurturing relations with external stakeholders To support engagements and negotiations with key government authorities including NDRC,MOFCOM and provincial/ city authorities.

Knowledge:
• Excellent understanding of key government/SOEs and their officials with excellent relationships
• Sound understanding of the overall China business environment.
• Sound understanding of China’s government structure and decision making systems/processes.
• Sound understanding of the energy business in China, the overall energy situation globally and Shell China’s business growth strategies and implications.
• At least 10 years working experiences in government affairs with government, SOEs and MNCs

Experience:
• Master degree/postgraduate education
• Familiarity with the oil & gas business with at least 2-years experiences in one of Shell’s main businesses
