Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to ensure efficient medium and long term 3rd party material planning and supply into the Lubricants Supply Chain to meet projected demand and provide performance analysis to drive continuous improvement; This role provides the optimized management on master data,portfolio,inventory,BOM,and demand,responsible for the accurate contract,OA,SLA,and pricing maintenance,this role is also the key focal to support the effective change management,contract management,and continuous cost saving program;

Medium and Long Term supply planning:
This role is required to maintain an effective projected procurement plan to ensure efficient 3rd party material replenishment into each LOBP to meet projected demand,and drive pro-active resolution of any supply constraints on behalf of the Region;

Supply Master Data/Portfolio/Inventory management:
This role is accountable for the accuracy and up to date for the key supply master data,portfolio/inventory,as well as BOM accuracy,he or she will own,review and maintain the necessary replenishment planning parameters and inventory settings for the relevant components,and takes appropriate actions to ensure stock in target and avoidance of obsolescence and waste (e.g.,preventing excess stock,identifying slow moving and potential obsolete components).

Contract/SLA/OA/PIR management:
This role is accountable to manage the effectiveness and accuracy of contract,vendor information,SLA,OA,as well as periodically maintain the prices for all relevant material / location combinations in the Purchase Info Records (PIR).

COGS saving target:
The role is to support the continuous COGS saving for their supply portfolio in the region to support the regional SPANCO target; monitor and manage the cost saving items properly implemented and actualized by proactively engaging relevant action parties,and accurately update the SPANCO database accordingly;

Material change management:
This role is accountable to ensure effective change management being accurately and timely implemented through various material change scenarios,such as BCI/BCW,source change,formula change,etc,he or she is required to appropriately manage new materials set up in system with minimum supply disruption,meanwhile manage the most cost effective material withdraw with minimum obsolete cost,as well as 100% system data accuracy and integrity;

Contract and supplier performance management:
This role is to support the contract / supplier performance management program (CMP/SPM) in the region for the major suppliers by participating the RCA for major supply performance failure,providing the consolidated and accurate suppliers performance KPI’s input,and assist in facilitating suppliers review meeting and supply performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Strong Supply Chain Planning and Procurement management experience with proven good record on effective suppliers management, good combination of commercial, operational and Lubricant technical knowledge;

Lubricants Business experience with good product and raw materials knowledge is preferred, manufacturing and logistics operations experience is also an advantage;

This role also requires a good understanding of SAP/ERP systems and process, with detailed knowledge of supply planning master data, portfolio, APO/BW/BOM, OA/ACV;

Strong analytical and data management skills are essential. He/She has to use tools for data processing and need to translate data from various different sources into operational steering;

Strong track record of results delivery against stretch target, able to make the continuous and sustainable delivery under stress;

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, this role will work closely with the various teams cross the above functions and act as a key focal point for the planning and supply optimization implementation for the LOBP’s.
