岗位职责 Responsibilities
1、Applying strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and technical knowledge of supported Microsoft products, represent Microsoft and communicate with Microsoft customers through telephone, email and web response
2、Manage relationships with multiple customers, partners and collaborate with Microsoft employees
3、Use standard processes, implement existing diagnosis methods, solutions/workarounds to effectively deal with customer and technical issues to achieve problem resolution and customer satisfaction
4、Document incidents, report customer suggestions and technical issues to Microsoft
5、Respond the voice of customers, utilize Microsoft escalations and meet response, resolution, efficiency, productivity and utilization required by Microsoft business unit
6、Compliance with the service operation processes for execution excellence
7、Adherence to the Microsoft Business Code of Conduct in all customer interactions and interactions with Microsoft
8、Strict adherence to data privacy guidelines – never putting customer PII at risk
　
岗位要求 Requirements
1、2+ years of technical supporting experience including experience in a customer facing or customer technical support role
2、Available to work critical cases as needed on a 24x7 basis or through an on-call model
3、At least Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent experience
4、Strong analytical logic and problem troubleshooting skills
5、Excellent communication skills, collaboration skills, self-motivation
6、In-depth knowledge of one or more of the following domains: Azure, Active Directory, OS Perf, Networking, Exchange, SharePoint
