岗位职责Responsibilities
? Perform planning/purchasing actions to support service parts supply chain throughout their lifecycle like NPI, EOSL
? Ensure all Purchase Orders are executed at timely manner with appropriate acknowledgement responses from suppliers
? Negotiate with suppliers to ensure all shipment schedule will come in time to meet the materials plan.
? Execute shipment pull-in and push-out for demand fluctuation and inventory level-off
? Monitor that all shipments are received into stock in timely manner
? Resolve any issues related with Goods Receipts, Invoices update within the agreed SLA
? Manage recovery actions and expectations with peer groups
? Work with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities
? Review with management on organizational KPIs & improvement activities.
? Analyze stock usage, identify issues on abnormal AWSP behaviors that affect stocking strategy.
? Work with worldwide materials team and region sales team for new product readiness.
　
岗位要求Requirements
? Degree/Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business/Operations
? Strong working knowledge in supply chain concepts, demand forecasting & materials planning and working with parts suppliers
? Proven experience in purchasing or planning in service or manufacturing environment.
? Excellent English skills in speaking, listening and writing.
? Able to remain focused and work under pressure, prioritize competing demands and deadlines whilst multi-tasking
? Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment.
? Customer focus and strong planning skills
? Good in data analysis and like numbers
? Able to deliver operational results and ability to drive issues to closure
? Good computer skills MS office applications, SAP knowledge is plus
? Experience in Reverse Logistics or Service Parts industry is preferable
