Reporting line:
Direct report to Bio-Springer GM (based in Shanghai), dotted line to BU (nutrition and health) financial controller.

Accountability——
He will be accountable for providing timely P&L report, overall picture of business of the legal entity;
He will provide the analysis report, and raise potential risk and proactive action or solution proposal ;
Make and control the budget;
He/she will be accountable for providing leadership, directions and policy guidance to the day-to-day operation of the entire finance function, which would be responsible for the following entities in China ;
Existing plant and operations in Laibin.
Trading & sales operation in Shanghai.
He/she will be a member of the Bio-springer China’s Management Team and played as the China Representative of the Regional Finance Group, and will contribute fully to the formation, development and implementation of the strategic direction. Specific responsibilities include:
1) Overall responsibilities for the Finance of the BU.
2) Accountable for the accounting/finance operations, business and financial planning, financial control and management reporting, working capital management, operational liaison, forecasts and budgets with subsidiaries and regional HQs ;
3) Develop and implement the finance system, finance policies and procedures according to the business /operation needs and along with the corporate guideline and policies. Ensure that proper accounting policies and procedures are in place and are meeting local and international standards.
4) Provide timely management and consolidation of the financial reporting on regular basis, and assist the top management in reporting to, and liaising with, the related departments (e.g. Internal Audit, Manufacturing and Production Planning, Sales & Marketing etc.) of the China Operations as well as regional management team.
4) Maintain a strong and healthy internal control system for country operations as per the corporate internal control policies and requirements.
5) Spearhead financial planning process (strategic planning, budget and forecast) to ensure that sound financial plans are developed and quantified.
6) Contribute to an efficient and effective WCN management.
. Maximize the profitability of the company by providing effective expenses & costs control and profit margin management.
7) Act as a business partner for the top management and to provide sound financial advice on decision making for every business transaction.
8) Liaising with other group subsidiaries for inter-company transactions.
9) Coordinate & Communication with Donta shareholders.

Qualifications & Experience——
University or post graduate studies in Finance/Accountancy.
Over 5 year’s relevant experience at similar level in multinational manufacturing environment.
Proven management overview
Experience with implementation of ERP system for manufacturing environment.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (i.e. Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
