岗位职责：
Infrastructure team leader are responsible for supporting day to day operations of south china Infrastructure and are escalation points for issues related to Infrastructure.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
1. Administer Multiple VMware environments backed by NetApp based storage appliances
2. Troubleshoot VMWare, and OS related issues, including escalation to Microsoft, VMware, Citrix and other vendors
3.Administer SEPM, WSUS, LDAP authentication systems, mail relay routing, DNS, and monitoring systems
4.Learn and maintain a technical understanding of multiple-site office implementations, toolsets, and technologies
5.Provide top tier problem solving and knowledge sharing to infrastructure Support and Tier 1 and 2 Operations
6.Identify, troubleshoot, and close service requests for escalated user's issues
7.Diagnose, document and automate solutions for common issues and tasks
8.Participate in engineering projects such as capacity planning, virtualization migrations, hardware review and analysis, application optimization, etc.
9. Provide feedback and suggestions to management for process improvement and critical metrics
10.Fluency in written and spoken English are required, as well as the ability to work with a geographically and culturally distributed team across multiple time zones
11.Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and work in a fast paced environment
12. Must be customer focused and a team player
任职资格：
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant experience
2.3~5 years experience administering network management(WAN/LAN/wireless/VOIP);
3.1-3 years experience administering VMWare virtualization platform in medium or large scale enterprise environments
4. At least 1 year experience functioning in an IT or similar organization with proven ability to perform final problem resolution
5.Proficiency with scripting/programming in Autoit, shell, or similar.
6.Proficiency with DNS 1-2 years experience with authentication systems (LDAP, Windows Domain Server, Active Directory)
7.1-2 years experience supporting Web and Application server technologies (IIS and Tomcat)
PREFERRED SKILLS:
1.Experience with HP server hardware and/or NetApp storage infrastructure
