岗位职责

Responsibilities:

 Direct Billing eligibility and insurance policy benefit verification

 Estimated cost calculation according to treatment plans and hospital’s pricing principle

 Communicates with patients about their payment method, clearly discussion of the deposit / guarantee status and payment plans

 Communicates and convince third party payers to obtain payment guarantee

 Provide the insurance company with information required

 Prepare inpatient census on daily basis

 Take charge of maternity payment management as assigned, which includes but not limited to accomplish monthly delivery plan, maternity package recording, maternity payment discussion initiation during patients’ first few prenatal visits, etc

 Provide financial counseling service to patient

 Clearly communication and sell package to qualified patient

 Introduce membership program to qualified patient

 Effective Internal communication and support for TJU Cashiering and Front Desk,

 Assist in Training preparation for TJU staff as needed

 Coordinate with marketing team for marketing events on target customers

 Updating all relevant systems on added or delete TPPs a line with HIS

 Communicate with TPP on claim requirement and assist in billing issues

任职条件

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree required; Insurance knowledge or experience preferred

• Customer service experience at Healthcare/ Business Organization

• Cashiering/Financial/Billing experience preferred; Overseas experience preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

• Good understanding of Cashiering and TPP/DB related system

• Good skills with Microsoft office tools

• Good time management and prioritizing skills

• Language skills: fluent in both Chinese and English

• Knowledge of clinical charging, coding and insurance billing procedures preferred
