岗位描述：
参与新项目的各阶段评审和新项目的各阶段验证工作；
制定新产品的试产方案，规划产品实现需要的人、机、法、环，并推进落实；
负责产品流程图、控制计划和PFMEA的编制；
负责现场人员的培训、考核和阶段确认；
负责为产品的量产提供技术支持，解决过程的异常问题。

任职资格：
机械类本科以上学历；
三年以上现场技术支持工作经验，有新产品导入工作经验；
熟悉机械原理，熟练的机械制图能力；
掌握基本的IE工具，熟悉过程质量控制方法和质量工具；
英语良好，可交流；
熟练使用办公软件，熟练使用SolidWorks软件。
