Job Descriptions
1. Plan, initiate, implement and control the appropriate supplier quality assurance measures along the complete process chain in the make / market phase for all supplied goods and services, in his area of reasonability, to continuously observe the quality performance of the supplier;
2. Plan, initiate and control preventive orientated, advanced quality management measures in the design / development phase (supplier APQP) for mechanical parts and services (Feasibility Review, Project Reviews, Run&Rate, Safe Launch Concept, Quality Planning etc.) to ensure that our products meets the defined quality requirements;
3. Coordination within plant for all PCN's / component release and coordination of PCN for defined categories.
4. BU responsibles are informed via PCN tool (according to CAP0311016 - Change Management)
5. Support for plant specific improvement activities in root cause analyses / the definition / implementation of appropriate counter measurements at the supplier to ensure that the parts and services meets the defined quality requirements; Initiate, lead and drive plant specific supplier improvement programs.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or master degree or similar in mechanical engineering or equivalent
2. Professional experience (at least 5 years) in quality and manufacturing field
Professional experience (at least 2 years) in aluminum die casting, stamping or machining manufacturing process
3. Experience in automotive business (approx. 2 years) and understanding of automotive environment
4. Experience with supplier development and component introduction (APQP & PPAP)
5. Experience with customer contacts, continuous improvement, quality assurance, Six Sigma, industrial engineering, production is preferred
6. Experience in working with international teams on quality issues.
7. Cross functional experience is preferred
8. Good English communication in both written and speaking
