Internal Sales Administrator

Sandvik Construction, provides solutions for virtually any construction industry application encompassing such diverse businesses as surface rock quarrying, tunneling, excavation, demolition, road building, recycling and civil engineering. The range of products includes rock tools, drilling rigs, breakers, bulk-materials handling and crushing and screening machinery. In 2013 sales amounted to about 8,600 MSEK, with approximately 3,100 employees.

Sandvik Venture is aiming to create the best possible environment for growth and profitability in attractive and fast-growing operations. The product areas comprise Sandvik Hard Materials, Diamond Innovations, Wolfram and Sandvik Process Systems. In 2013 sales amounted to about 5,400 MSEK, with approximately 2,600 employees.

The position would directly report to General Manager, National Sales Team, below please refer to the job description:

Job Purpose:

Be responsible for supporting sales team on order handling stage.

Work as key coordinator for Sales/Production/Finance/Logistic to complete delivery

Key performance areas:

·Assist in sales contract preview and follow up internal contract approval process.

·Work on sales contract execution and order fulfillment in line with process.

·Assist in L/C preview and handle bank bond matters.

·Coordinate and cooperate with Finance, Logistics, AC/PU and sales team to handle orders and contract execution smoothly.

·Assist in preparation of documents, presentations and summarizing reports and documents.

Your profile:

·Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, aware of commercial process;

·Good communication and coordination skill.

·Contract preview experience is preferred.

·Motivation, self-reliance, strong personal integrity and emotional stability.

· Good written and oral communication skills.

· Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint. etc.

· Good Oral and Written English

As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
