Responsibilities:

* Support the Aftersales Management of *** Auto.
* Support the implementation of all decided measures and track the sucess.
* Prepare decisions and present them to different management levels of ***.
* Support *** Aftersales and IT Functions in the tender and selection processes of suitable external IT software suppliers and the operational guidance of those
* Support *** in enhancing their SAP and DMS systems, directed to the optimization of the regarding Aftersales relevant functionalities.
* Support *** in developing and implementing a suitable operations and maintenance concept of the enhanced SAP system.
* Support *** in analysing and continuously improving their DMS system with regard to the Aftersales business.
* Support *** in analysing, evaluating, designing and implementing resp. improving further IT tools necessary and supporting towards increasing Aftersales
* Other additional contingent project related tasks assigned by line manager


Specific requirements:

* Expert experiences in IT and automotive processes
* Extended experience in international automotive and / or IT companies
* Expert experiences in SAP (especially in the modules SD, MM, WM, FICO) and automotive DMS systems
* Good communication skills / good team-player
* Fluent in Chinese and English
* Confident presentation skills
* Able and keen to work independently and in an environment of changing targets
* High degree of flexibility
* Willingness to travel on weekly basis
* Extended project management experiences and skills
* 7 years in international IT and / or automotive business
* 4 years in a team management or consulting role
* Project management experience in multiple (international) projects
* Master or Bachelor in IT, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or comparable
