Project Manager - QD (Ref. Q- 001)

The Project manager's main duty is to lead and organize whole project team to ensure the project smooth going. Main person in communication with foreign client and internal team. Lead regular project meeting, distribute and check tasks to project team.

Responsibilities

§ Represent the PM company professionally throughout the project

§ Main contact person to foreign client and internal team

§ Lead and organize project team

§ Distribute tasks to project team members and check the performance of team members

§ Assist client in government approval procedures

§ Assist client in procurement procedure

§ Lead regular project meetings

§ Overlook and checking the project in regards of time, quality and cost.

Requirements

§ 10+ years experience in Project Management for building / construction industry

§ Fluent English, ability to independently communicate with foreign clients

§ Civil Engineering degree from renowned universities

§ Familiarity with the local construction regulations and procedures

§ Good presentation & reporting skills, ability to provide presentations in English on day to day basis

§ Good management skills, ability to organise and structure reports and meetings effectively

§ Good interpersonal and team leading skills

§ Good business manners, work attitude and professional appearance
