Requirements:
职位描述：

1，Be responsible for creating and executing daily posts on all major social networks for Sanse and mainly Xantholite （WeChat, Weibo as well mainly the websites for www.xantholite.com as well www.sanse.com ）
负责日常主要社交媒体（盛世长运账号，主要为XANTHOLITE账号）的更新与维护包括微信，微博，Xantholite官方网站及Sanse 官方网站;

2，Build the following and engagement on existing social networks for all brand and company assets
为公司数字资产及各品牌在社交网络中进行跟踪和互动；

3，Work with the internal design team to create imagery for posts
与内部设计团队一起创造新的想法并发布；

4，Develop creative ideas to engage the gaming content on all social networks
创造新颖的想法，通过游戏在社交媒体中产生互动

5，Engage daily with users on all social networks
通过各种社交网络媒体与客户进行日常的沟通与交流；

6，Provide regular reporting and analytics to senior management on progress
向上级管理者提供定期报告与分析；

7，Organize and execute contests and giveaways
组织与推行比赛与推广赠品活动；

8，Create a sense of community among top followers
在忠实关注者们之间营造团队、社区氛围；


9，Event based marketing and outreach programs (consumer and business)
处理市场推广及对外联系活动（客户及事务经营）。

10，Gain a strong understanding of footwear - fashion industry trends and demonstrated knowledge and proven ability to identify marketing opportunity
对鞋类潮流趋势及营销机会有敏锐触觉。


Experience and Skills
职位要求：

1， BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent preferred
市场营销，工商管理，新闻传播类或相关专业本科或以上学历；

2， Must have at least 2-3 years of experience, within digital & social media fields
具备2-3年的数字或媒体工作经验；

3， Passionate about mobile and social media
对手机或者社交媒体有浓厚兴趣；

4， Flexibility and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
具有灵活变通性，以及在快节奏环境下工作的能力；

5， English spoken and written
能使用英语进行口语与书写的交流优先。
