职位描述
Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:
To be responsible for overall operational / service delivery of all project cargo account in PRN.
Manage each project with emphasis on driving process excellence to fully meet the customer requirements, whilst ensuring strict adherence to the SOP.
Ensure profitability and sustainability delivered through quality service and retention strategy.
Ensure all client remains highly satisfied with the service received from Damco.
To develop and generate long term profitable relationship with Damco customers.
Primarily develop project customer base and grow market share in PRN & beyond.
Promote project cargo as a product in PRN market.
Specific responsibilities of the position:
Project Cargo Management
Manage all project cargo account in the implementation of new and additional business and ensures delivery of account work stream and related tasks.
Principal Accountabilities:
Deliver and where possible exceed target as set out in your budget / KPI.
Identify, develop and materialize the potential business opportunities and right customers, accordingly to Damco customer segmentation guidelines.
Collaborate with all CO and respective sales team in co-development of new market opportunities.
Must have knowledge, ability and capability to design relevant solutions for customers. (Break Bulk; OOG; Specific loading and unloading requirements etc.)
Ensure that CRM is being updated timely.
Developing and sustaining a solid customer base in PRN through fostering and maintaining a strong relationship with all clients.
First point of contact to address any issues related to project cargo business in PRN.
To maintain a minimum NPS score of 8 for the cluster
Consistently identify new market and market needs; develop new exclusive solution to stay competitive and ahead of competition.
To update all KF related info timely onto CRM
Operation Excellence
Ensures all SOPs/Contracts are up to date as well as adhered to and any fall-outs are addressed on a priority
Act as an escalation point for all regional project cargo related operation issues. Involved GAD; Regional or Global KAM when applicable.
Ensures all SOPs/Contracts are updated as well as adhered to and any fall-outs are addressed on a priority
Prompt communication on any service failures, operational challenges & their resolutions, improvements implemented, scope of work concerns, etc. must be timely.
Support & provide training to sales team when required, including SOP reviews, systems training, etc.
Close communication with client and origins to delivery excellent customer service level.
Ensure all internal and external KPI are met with continuous & on time tracking & monitoring.
Ensure all shipment reports and internal relevant KPI reports are submitted timely and accurately as per pre-agreed format and timeline.
Responsible to address all operational concerns raised in CSS – Client Satisfaction Survey, or similar regional surveys
Participate in all daily/weekly/monthly performance calls with Cluster Director / CO Managers and sales team.
Prioritizes Open Issue List for on-time resolution so that customer service is not hampered
Relationship Management
Maintain, develop and manage close working relationships with clients at the Managerial & operational level
Involvement in scheduled QBR review sessions with relevant stake holders
Arrange regular client meeting to discuss operation improvement and development opportunities.
Conduct regular scheduled communication session with Global Project Team.
Measurement / success criteria of the position:
Volume and profitability growth
CSS – Customer feedback and comments (NPS)
Feedback from internal stake holders
New business growth ratio
Weekly business progressive report and update (To GAD & PRN Cluster MD)
Set budget / target & KPI actual score

Preferred:
With a few years of freight forwarding experience; will be an advantage to have knowledge of handling break bulk; OOG and solution cargo requirements.
Project management skills is a must
Excellent analytical problem solving skills
Knowledge of the Asia/ China business and logistics market
Knowledge of Asia & other emerging markets like Africa; India; Middle East and Eastern Europe will be preferred
Spoken and written Mandarin / English
