职位描述
Key Objectives:
? Manages the full outbound supply chain in the North Asia region from the company's manufacturing sites to 1st tier customers in the areas of customer service, storage & control and planning & control.

Principal Accountabilities:
? Designs the local Supply Chain for business needs in coordination with the APAC Supply Chain manager.
? Designs the local shipping and distribution network in coordination with the APAC Supply Chain manager
? Is responsible for recommending the optimized supply chain footprint through analysis and modelling.
? Adapts the Supply Chain Network capabilities to support Product & Customer segmentations.
? Oversees Distribution, Logistics, and Transport control processes, fit for purpose.
? Oversees the inventory levels and deployment.
? Optimizes customer service levels in collaboration with commercial business entities, supply chain assets, and planning-related costs (e.g. inventory).
? Advises on Make/Buy decisions. Advises purchasing on supplier selection for local buying.
? Drives planning and planner excellence across the organization (within the North Asia scope).
? Ensures capabilities and competencies of all planning processes and people.
? Arbitrates between planning groups and other stakeholders (e.g. the commercial driven demand planning business entities, tolling manufacturing parties).
? Represents the North Asia region planning functions and services to senior management levels. Chairs the S&OP Supply Review.
Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):
? Good communication skills, both written and verbal
? Ability to adapt, excite, engage and drive change. Drive and improve employee engagement during change.
? Sound business qualifications at post graduate level in a relevant business area, preferably a Bachelor or Master degree in logistics/ supply chain management.
? Strong supply chain background. Possibly in the coatings industry
? Is a trusted individual with a strong personality, able to ‘tell how it is” with ability to operate cross-functional.
? Possibly experience with IBP (S&OP) processes.
? Possibly experience with SAP systems, INFOR
? Track record on optimizing service levels, assets, and planning-related costs (e.g. inventory).
? Is skilled at driving and managing change (people and teams issues).
Other Special Comments:
? Liaison between the Supply and Demand business entities. Has a passion for the ‘One set of numbers’ principle. Is sensitive to Logistics, Manufacturing, and Supplier constraints and objectives.
