Responsibilities:
？ Reporting to Director of Property Management
？ Responsible for managing commercial, residential or retail portfolio
？ Budget management and P&L responsibility for the developer and Savills
？ Team building and the talent maintaining
？ The daily operation and monthly report
Requirements:
？ Minimum 3 years of manager experience in property management
？ Native English speaker, can speak Mandarin is preferred
？ Familiar with the rules and regulations of property management in China market
？ Keeping good relationship with the developer and local governor
？ Initiative, strong communication and negotiation skill
？ Team spirit and self confidence
Previous working experience in Beijing is an advantage
