Responsible for Customer Services, Procurement of Direct Materials and Supplier Management and Logistics. Key result areas are On Time Delivery, Inventory Level, Raw Material Price, Raw Material Continuity.

Responsible for the identification and acquisition of new raw materials to meet product development, maintain supply continuity and cost reduction needs from both new and existing suppliers. Key result areas are definition of raw material needs, supplier risk assessment, compliance to new raw material introduction process and smooth transition of new raw materials to commercial stage of product development.

Responsibilities:

1. To build and maintain an effective and efficient Supply Chain organization for Enthone Asia;
2. Monitor the planning and organizing the procurements & negotiation of all direct and indirect materials, equipment and services necessary for the effective running of the operations
3. Collaborate with Regional and Global procurement team to ensure alignment and integration of strategies and priorities according to corporate procurement and inventory objectives
4. Ensure optimum price, specifications, delivery and quality of materials to support the production of finished goods
5. Evaluate vendor quotes, services and performance to determine most desirable supply option
6. Manage vendor relationship, vendor consignment goods and provide periodic vendor assessment
7. In charge of supplier management & monitoring base on market & competitive benchmarking, performance rating, risk assessment.
8. Interface with manufacturing and user departments to insure compliance to their requirements, understanding Raw Material goods inventory control procedures and customer requirements. Work closely with operations department in inventory management
9. Owner of Approved Vendor list, Major Export Scheme (MES) authorized agents’ list with IRA
10. Evaluation of long term contracts, contract development and negotiation.
11. Implementation of MRP procurement system for optimal utilization of resources with IT department
12. Review and implement processes and procedures to streamline & improve productivity
13.Maintain ISO 9001:2000 requirements, which may include participation in supplier audits, Quality Team, maintaining quality metrics, as they relate to purchasing.
14. Compliance to HS&E rules and regulations
15. Identify and champion improvements on Order fulfillment and Raw Material Procurement processes.
