Job Descriptions:
You will be joining our Management Consulting / Technology Consulting team to advise and help our Insurance clients on:
- Customer Experience design across multiple channels
- Development and implementation of innovative business models such as internet finance, telematics, applying customer data analytics
As a Manager/Sr Manager, you will be working hands in hands with Senior Managers/ Associate Directors in managing the project delivery, coaching the project members, managing high level communication with clients, researching on the new market trends and developing new consulting products or services.


Job Requirements:

  • 6~9+ Years of practical experience in insurance/banking industry, design and deliver customer experience through innovative products / services and channels utilizing data analytics;
  • Strong knowledge and experience in dealing with Banking / insurance clients;
  • Excellent communication skill and presentation skills;
  • Ability to deal with high level senior management as well as technical, operational level staff;
  • Clear record of project management or team leader capability;
  • Fluent English read, writing and communication skill;
  • Frequent Business travel is required.
