Job responsibilities:

We advise our global clients on their management strategies, work closely with clients to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their business process, and provide them with end-to-end BI solutions.

The candidate will be expected to participate in delivering complex solutions to a diverse client base including multi-national, state-owned and private entities. The ability to team up with others, discuss requirements and solution in workshops with client, and deal with high level senior management, operational level and technical staff. The extent of practice development activities will be dependent upon level of experience.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years hands on of SAP BI implementation experience;


• At least 1 year of professional business process design experience;


• Overseas working experience/work experience in an international company would be an advantage;


• Good knowledge of SAP BI, the integration and module interfaces;


• Experienced in KPI analysis, design and management, enterprise performance management experience is a plus;


• Good knowledge/experience of up to date BI technology, especially BO and HANA would be an advantage;


• Experienced in at least 1 full BI project lifecycle;


• Thorough consulting skills (Professionalism, Analytics, Problem Solving, Interpersonal Relationship Building);


• A proven ability to translate client objectives into deliverable designs, and develop deliverables that address complex situations;


• Solid communication skills (presentation, negotiation etc.);


• Good customer orientation;


• Able to work independently and under pressure;


• Team player, self-motivated; and


• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
