Our Internal Firm Services (IFS) is a network of specialist support professionals who play a vital role in ensuring we have all the right resources, services and technology. Not all of us work directly with external clients. Some of our best people choose to apply their talents as part of IFS and as such are a part of an organisation on a par with many of our external clients.

Our teams in IFS include: Administration, Branded Merchandise, Business Development, Finance, Global PwC Experience, Global Technology Solutions, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Office of General Counsel, Research, and Senior Partner Office.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of quality IT Service to the SDC Office.

• Work with Firmwide GTS team to manage local IT operations to ensure the IT systems are operating reliably.

• Ownership of the resolution of IT daily issues and problems in the SDC office, escalating to teammates in the Firmwide GTS team when necessary for additional support.

• Responsible to manage the office’s IT assets.

• Provide IT Training to the SDC office staff so they are able to use the IT systems proficiently.

• Manage relationships with the SDC service teams, understanding their business needs and helping to provide solutions.

• Administer and contribute to our IT policies and standards ensuring a high level of efficiency, cost effectiveness and security in the delivery of IT Services.

• Understand and help implement IT security and business continuity plans in conjunction with the business.

• Organise workload to complete a variety of tasks within agreed timeframes.

• Work with Firmwide GTS team to provide reports on IT spend, staff utilization and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Electron, Tele-Communications and Information System or the equivalent;
• 本科计算机科学或相关电子、通讯、信息专业学历；
• 1~2’ years of related IT Helpdesk Engineer support experience, including but not limited to hardware, Windows OS, email systems, desktop software,Blackberry,Apple and Video Conferencing. Experience with Lotus Notes is preferably;
• 具有1~2年IT 桌面技术支持工作经验，包括提供硬件，微软视窗操作系统，邮件系统, 常用桌面软件，视频会议系统；黑莓,苹果等设备的日常维护，有Notes 邮件系统经验者优先；
• A team player with excellent people skills so that the candidate is able to work smoothly with both local and Firmwide GTS team colleagues. Can take on the tense of work;
• 具有团队合作精神和沟通能力，可以承受一定的工作强度压力，能积极配合公司GTS 部门的同事协同工作；
• Experience in managing a server room and its accompanying servers, network equipment and phone systems are preferred;
• 有对服务器机房管理，电话系统支持经验者优先；
• Microsoft Office Tools experience or good skill are preferred;
• 对于微软 office 办公软件熟练者优先；
• A good understanding of business continuity and IT Security would be beneficial;
• 熟悉灾难恢复计划和IT安全管理者优先；
• The candidate should have good English in both verbal and written communication;
• 具有良好的英语口头和书面表达能力；
• A good customer communication skill are preferred;
• 有良好的客户沟通能力者优先；
• Senior Students graduate in July 2015) major in Computer Science, Electron, Communications and Information System or the equivalent can start from internship. If performance is good during the internship, the intern could be considered as regular full-time candidates after graduation; Fresh graduates major in Computer Science are also welcomed; and
• 同时也欢迎有相关计算机、电子、通讯信息专业背景，优秀现在校大学生 （即2015年毕业，可以先开始Intern ship 再考核转正 regular staff ）或计算机专业优秀应届毕业生。
