岗位要求：
1、年龄30岁-45岁，北京市本地户口和外地均可；
2、本科或以上学历，财务、会计等相关专业，具备初级会计师及以上职称；
3、有5年或以上工作经验,对财务数据具有较高的敏感度,具备较强的财务分析能力，能独立全盘处理会计帐务，熟悉一般纳税人账务处理；
4、熟悉国家新会计准则,税收法规等相关政策；
5、熟练操作Office办公软件，熟练使用用友、管家婆、金蝶等财务软件；
6、具备良好的职业素养与职业道德,敬业、诚信、务实；办事细心、对工作认真负责，良好的沟通协调能力，为人正直、坚持原则、责任心强。

岗位职责：
1.主管公司的财务管理和会计核算工作，整体统筹、规划，检查、总结分管工作，严格执行会计准则，遵守财经纪律。
2.对会计机构设置、会计人员配备、会计专业职务的设置和聘任提出建议，为领导决策提供参考，拟定会计人员的业务培训、业务考核计划，并组织实施。
3．组织制定本单位的财务会计制度及核算办法。
4．负责财务会计报告的编制及综合分析工作，负责各项业务的账务处理，并对财务报告的及时性、正确性、真实性、完整性负责。
5．负责会计核算凭证、帐簿的复核工作，负责会计凭证、帐簿及报表等资料档案的装订、保管及档案移交工作。
6.监督因调动工作或因故离职的会计工作人员，认真办理会计交接手续，保证会计记录的连续性和会计资料的完整性。
7.参与年度预算、月度预算、项目预算的编制。
