职位描述
This is a leading European multination specialising in automotive products with clients across the globe. Due to the fast expansion in China, they are currently seeking a mature HR Lead, who can take charge of HR team in Shanghai.
Responsibilities:
implement and monitor China HR strategy; develop and implement HR budget and plan, monitor both budget and target achievement, conduct organization review (including staffing structure, skills, department performance, leadership)and prepare proposals for further review in order to meet planning and budgeting requirement and support business development.
coordinate approval process of individual hiring requests coming from department heads together with Executive Board.
supervise employer brand promotion programs and monitor recruiting program in order to attract talent.
develop and deliver management training programs in order to train, develop and retain managers, closely work together with regional cluster and regional headquarters in bundling possible activities.
make improvements to compensation and benefit system according to HR strategy, corporate policies and relevant government regulation; monitor compensation and benefit system operations including market data management.
develop enhance and monitor the implementation of HR-related policies and procedures in order to ensure compliance with HR strategy, BA IS, Regional China and System Engineering group policies and government regulations.
create good working environment for employees; monitor and maintain public relationship; oversee employee relationship program and handle key employee issues; develop and maintain employee communication channels and prioritize communication messages in order to improve employee satisfaction rate and retain key talent.
support management with safety trainings, safety walks, consultation on how to create the necessary risk and accident reports, work with them on identified risks during audits, safety walks or else, and organize the relevant training/knowledge also to contractors
Requirements:
bachelor degree in relevant discipline necessary; Master in HR or business highly desired
at least 15 years of human resource experience in manufacturing industry, automotive industry background is preferred
strong understanding of the business in order to apply change management and organizational design and development.
strong communication skills, leadership skills, presentation skills, integrity, interpersonal skills.
strong team player and service mentality.
excellent in MS.
fluent in English and Chinese.
experience with recruiting and qualification programs in production & engineering highly and employee development highly desirable.
