职位描述
Key roles and responsibilities:
I. Work collaboratively with the Associate Directors and Directors in relation to the activities of the business line.
II. To manage assignments as directed by the Directors, specifically relating to project positioning, market analysis, design review, marketing/pricing strategy.
III. To organize/undertake project inspection, comparable research, tenant interview in different cities with/without Directors and coordinating the working content internally and with different branch offices.
IV. To communicate and liaise with different business line in coordinating role.
VI. To generate leads and introduce prospective developers and landlords.
VII. Manage projects/assignments individually and keep folder updated in regular basis.
VIII. To support Director to carry out any other assignments.
Essential Duties:
1) To execute the assignment in relation to large mixed use project in the field cover project/product positioning, design review and upgrading, marketing strategy and price estimation. Business-generating activities include but not limited to: conceptualizing and making marketing pitches/presentations, telephone and letter canvassing, investigative legwork, market research, developing business contacts, advertising and other promotional activities, cultivating client relationships, effective follow-up of client databases, and scanning media information.
2) To service the needs of existing clients and the general nurturing of client relationships. To be continually aware of the needs of clients, provide effective solutions, follow up and maintain client contact after completion of projects.
3) To take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of all design positioning and design review assignments being assigned or secured. You are expected to undertake effective due diligence procedures to ensure that all work produced is of a superior quality that be accepted by client.
4) To work as an integral part of a cohesive team to identify and meet financial/profit targets set for the Department by the Management.
5) To assist the Department directors with the setting up and maintenance of filing and database systems, and to ensure that the systems are kept current.
6) To follow guidelines and carry out instructions from the Directors and work out an implementable solution to upgrade design result and thus, ensure project’s potential competitive advantages;
7) Working as part of a cohesive team to identify business opportunities and meet the business targets set for the Department.
8) With the ability in managing a small team of people for specific projects from time to time.
9) To lead by example, not only the efficient performance of duties but also compliance to all Company policies, and instructions and standards of conduct.
10) To carry out any other assignments as directed by your senior directors or the Management. Willing to take business trip in other cities.
Requirements:
1. Degree or Master degree education background and at least 6 years’ of related working experience.
2. Excellent understanding of and experience in the commercial real estate field.
3. Proven experience in managing individuals, teams or projects.
4. Ability to develop strong customer relationships.
5. Basic spoken and written English, sound writing skills in English and the ability to succinctly articulate research findings and opinions.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, auto CAD skill.
7. Driven and hardworking with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
