Main job tasks:
Provide medical information service for internal and external customers;
? Provide bibliography retrieval for internal and external customers.
？ Keep internal customers up-to-date with medical information relating to company’s products, and advances in diabetes therapeutic areas;
？ Provide on site medical information service on Chinese Scientific meetings, e.g.NNDU;
？ Report information of scientific conferences, e.g. NNDU, ADA, EASD and IDF, to internal and external customers by the ways of email and SMS;
？ Manage medical information effectively, e.g. establishing medical information database & updating medical information portal on the internal website;
？ Provide medical information to external websites as requirements;
Monitor the competitor information:
? Monitor the competitive companies in China in the aspects of pipelines, clinical trials, publications, social activities and etc;
? Monitor the articles of company’s products and competitive products, especially in the scope of Chinese publications;
Provide medical information globally:
? Handle requests in HQ Library Helpdesk system, and provide the medical information service globally according to the requirements of HQ Library Helpdesk during the China working time to ensure the helpdesk operating 24 hours a day;
Any other responsibilities and duties which may be required from time to time

？ Member of global helpdesk of NN Library
Qualifications:
(minimum requirements)
? Bachelor degree or above from the Medical University;
? 1 yrs working experience on medicine, pharmacy or pharmaceutical industries;
? Familiar with the bibliography retrievals;
? Fluency in both written & spoken English;
? Good computer using skills
