Responsibility:
- Responsible for identifying business growth opportunities by foreseeing government regulation change & market trends
- Identify new initiatives, develop solution, proof the solution works by pilot program, help the sales team to expand the pilot program to much larger skill
- Maintain and develop relationship with key government organizations including MEP & NEMC
- Leverage the government relationship to help regional sales team to close the short term projects and drive long term regulation change
- Take the lead for the MEP approval test as well as other regulatory mandatory test by working closely with both AE team and service team
- Identify the growth initiatives that can be applied across the APAC region and help to drive the implementation

Qualifications:
? BS/BA degree in Engineering/Material Science related field, MS or MBA preferred
? Must be able to speak and write fluently in English
? Strong technical capabilities in the environmental and process monitoring
? Strong market/business development experience in environmental or industry market
? Established government relationship
? Desire to grow in a global organization
? Needs to have an entrepreneurial attitude
? Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment with a strong team orientation
? Strategic thinking skills with proven ability to execute
? 5+ years experience with business development in related product management role
? Has worked in a customer focused organization preferable managing growth
? Experience working with customers, channels, commercial teams and operations.
? Comfortable with domestic/international travel up to 70% of the time.
