职位描述
岗位职责:
· Develop a motor external business scope in accordance with WILO Elec motor ranges and specification, up to 7.5kw as induction motor
· Identifies business opportunities by investigating and analyzing potential markets, customers and competitors
· Premium positioning of WILO requires an OEM customer development
· Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
· Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials and evaluating options.
· Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
· Develop a motor external sales strategy and policy(6P)
· Market potential today and future including upcoming demand
· Extend sales engine, relationships and networks
· Customers in scope of Wilo Elec with longterm partnership
· Business development with 1~2 customers per year
· WILO’s pump (motor strategy) experienced by new customers
· Standard specifications of internal customers (PBUs)

任职要求:
- Motor sales experience and strong OEM customer network
- Basic knowledge of motors
- High customer orientation
- High communication skills including fluent English
- 10 years business experience
- Marketing experience
- Customer interaction/strong social skills
