Responsibilities:
? Cultivate partnership-type relationships with the management of customer ‘s HQ
? Develop and deliver strategies and tactics for customer prospects
? Leading relevant account management team (Account Managers ) to ensure the timely smooth implementation & service excellence etc on business retention & penetration as well .
? Increase Share Of Wallet via good communication
? Coordinate location tactical profit management
? By leverage AM resource in each Area, to ensure the smooth & efficient customer implementation & regular customer business reviews
? Support assigned service locations
? Solicit assigned new business opportunities
? Report regularly and personal sales plan development
? Following-up customer and provide assistants of accounts receivable

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
? 5 years experience in managing national account sales, administration and customer account service teams
? 5 years experience in strategically managing accounts profitability
? At least 3 years experience in foreign company
? Experience in mentoring sales and servicing associates in working with senior executives and experience in account penetration
? Strong communication skills
? Good command of verbal and written English
? Mature and steady-going with good image
? Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Preferred
? Equivalent work experience & marketing resource in a business-to business atmosphere
