SPECIFICATIONS AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/职位要求及培训需求:

Bachelor degree in Engineering or related.
Minimum of 10 years work experience in quality systems and quality management in automotive industry.
Good understand on Tooling manufacturing process.
Strong work experiences in ISO9000, ISO14000 & OHSAS18000.
Good command of English and Mandarin communication skills.
Good knowledge of GD&T and stamping part checking fixture.
Good at Microsoft Office software like EXCEL, WORD, etc.
Meeting deadlines and working well under pressure.
Orientation, SPC, First Aid, Fire Extinguisher Training.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/工作职责:

Being a Steering Committee Member, commit to the excellence of the work.
Manage all manpower in quality assurance department.
Schedule quality assurance manpower to support production and receiving and shipping including any necessary overtime if required.
Ultimately responsible for ensuring that all subordinates are fulfilling their job descriptions.
Ensure customer standard requirements are met through coordination of manpower planning, troubleshooting.
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system.
Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
Verify the implementation of those solutions.
Control further processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
Has authorization to disposition non-conforming products.
Liaison with customer regarding customer concern, continuous improvement and engineering change.
Being responsible for all quality control systems activities planning and performance.
Set up, maintain and perfect quality control system, processes and standards in order to guarantee effective operation.
Lead staff of QA department and coordinate with other department to deal with issues related to quality control systems.
Draft the procedures & policy for compliance to quality control systems standard.
Organize and conduct quality system internal & external audit.
Provide training for all employees.
Review quality assurance paper work and submit to customer.
Liaison with production, engineering, customer, etc. regarding product development, continuous improvement projects, new job abide prioritizing/delegating where required.
Ensure consistent application of plant rules, policy, procedure including progressive discipline.
Must be able to make decisions under extreme pressures.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
EHS
Abide by all safety and non-safety plant rules and regulations,and monitor the key environment and dangerous points;
Abide by EHS & fire-fighting duty agreement;
Adhere to established quality and housekeeping standards;
Inform any defects, hazards and non-compliance items to the area supervisor;
Inform any incident/accident to the area supervisor and first aider;
Wear personal protective equipment provided by the employer;
Participate and assist on any investigation where required.
