职位描述

1、Management leading 管理能力
Leading with targets and delegation, qualifying and motivating, developing potential and lines of authority, checking effectiveness in order to reach the agreed targets
2、Works logistics resources management 物流资源管理能力
Commitment and optimization of all resources regarding planning, discharging duties for the “PLATO” interface, safeguard operating processes and adopt measures for this in order to reach a high degree of economic efficiency and generatecash and profit and guarantee a high degree of customer satisfaction internally and externally.
3、Bottleneck /Shortages management production plan/provision of components – disposition (LSK) 资源配置能力
To guarantee the fulfillment of the customer’s order on the complete logistics chain from the supplier to the production to the customer incl. sales and distribution disposition in order to achieve the satisfaction of internal and external customers by delivery at the right time and in the requested quality and amount.
4、Cost framework 搭建预算框架
To achieve the specified economic targets concerning costs / calculation of expenditure/ further charges by the economic use of the resources of humans and materials incl. purchased parts, in order to be competitive on the European and world market.
5、Internal logistics (receipt and acceptance of incoming goods / -,transport, waste disposal, warehouse..)内部物流
Instituting the operative internal handling in order to ensure the current daily business and guarantee the optimum control and management.
6、Logistics Location
To ensure the logistical quality of the location in order to guarantee a high degree of customer satisfaction to the controlling of the location and in order to safeguard external and external supply to customers
7、Market Observation /Analysis:
Bringing together and evaluating suppliers, in order to be able to find/develop alternative suppliers or achieve cost
8、Negotiations /Discussions:
Participation in internal and external negotiations / discussions in order to reduce costs, optimize processes between the supplier and the purchasing department and safeguard the interests of the purchasing department by taking into account set dates/deadlines, quality, amounts and delivery conditions (including in project management).
9、Qualifying the Supplier:
Analys is suppliers and determining potential for improvement /qualification measures in collaboration with the suppliers by involving internal org. units In order to optimize process chains between the supplier and Hella.
10、Selecting the Supplier:
Determining the suppliers being taken into consideration and classifying these with due regard to the specified parts specification and the evaluation of the supplier, in order to guarantee the optimum supplier for the part.
11、Reviews:
Compiling and documenting activities from the purchasing targets, in order to give impulse and put into effect any necessary measures.
12、Customs Clearance
Arrange for relevant declarations and clearance measures to be carried out taking into account legal and country-specific points of view
13、Packaging 包装
Coordination and operative administration of the customer packaging with due regard to the corresponding Hella standards
14、External Services 外部服务
Organization of the measures for the protection of the security of the works with external service providers

Requirements:
1 Certificate of entry into a university of applied science 本科及以上学历
2 Fluent English 英语流利(听说读写)
3 Engineering degree in production technology (university of applied science)
4 up to 5 years related experience 最好能是8-10年以上工作经验的候选人
5 Knowledge of Microsoft office, SAP, Management leading, Costs management,
6 Internal processes, customer / supplier relations, business management acts, comprehensive understanding of the process
