(1)工作职责Responsibility:

Manage customer expectation and coordinate internal resources
Check the resources and facility availability
Manage SFDC accuracy
Collaborate with Marketing and cross functional team to improve NPS
(2)职位要求Qualification:
- Bachelor or higher degree;
- Performs administrative support and secretarial duties for a department or group.
- Prepares correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Excellent English skill include oral, reading, writing.
- Good communication skills.
- Quick learning skills..
