(1)工作职责Responsibility：
1. Production support of databases that support the enterprise.
2. Production on-call rotation is required.
3. Ongoing and proactive performance tuning of existing and new database applications. Recommend DBMS configuration changes to optimize server performance, implement cache, buffer pool, and configurable memory structure options for DBMS.
4. Working collaboratively with agile development teams to tune the Oracle database as a part of the entire application stack.
5. Contribute substantially to the system architecture, and take ownership of the design and development of new Oracle database environments.
6. Establish coding standards for PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and logical and physical schema design, and enforce them within the development staff
7. Participate in design and code reviews, documentation of design, and implementation of methodologies to ensure high quality software.
8. Work as member of a DBA team responsible for maintaining database stability, and availability of in-house development projects as well as providing physical support for vendor maintained applications.
9. Provide support to development teams
10. Assist IT management with administrative policies and procedures related to technical problem resolution and priority
management that relates to system support and maintenance.
11. Recommend to IT management changes to database design to improve process throughput and ensure performance as identified above.

Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated proficiency in administering Oracle Database Systems in a “High Availability” environment. Including Oracle RAC
- Demonstrated proficiency in the installation and administration of Oracle on Linux.
- Strong Oracle performance tuning experience.
- 3 Years experience in database tuning and development support.
- 3 Years experience with ASM, and RMAN.
- 3 Years experience with Linux/UNIX scripting.
- 3 Years experience in hardware sizing, and capacity planning.
- Working knowledge of Partitioning, Materialized Views, Bitmap Indexes, and Parallel Execution
- Excellent written and oral English communications skills.
- Demonstrated time managements and multi-tasking ability.
Desired Skills
- PL/SQL experience
- Experience with Oracle RAC 11g is preferred.
- Experience with ETL, data warehousing, and BI applications.
- Experience in data modeling and design.
- Database security skills to design controls and monitoring capabilities for user access
