工作描述：
1、负责公司天猫商城店铺（旗舰店、专卖店、专营店）的管理、营销活动和店铺推广；
2、熟悉类似淘宝直通车、淘宝客、钻展等淘宝营销工具，并善于利用和总结经验，为达到销售业绩提供决策；
3、负责活动执行和跟进，以及效果评估和改进；
4、定期对公司商城运营参数如：流量数据、营销数据、交易数据、产品管理、客户管理等进行详细的系统分析，策划组织网络店铺推广活动，并对其进行结果分析及效果评估；提出改进方案，提高入店流量、点击率和转化率；
5、定期与美工沟通优化文描内容及活动促销内容，提升客户体验度和订单转化率；
6、负责各种运营平台的免费资源活动报名（如淘金币、聚划算、天天抢拍、试用中心、秒杀、帮派活动等，熟悉手机端活动资源及活动报名者优先）
职位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，具备一年以上天猫店铺或大型电子商务网站运营推广策划经验；
2、熟悉天猫店铺的运营环境，具备较强的策划及执行能力；
3、熟悉量子恒道、数据魔方等数据分析软件的使用；
4、性格开朗，有较强的工作承受力及沟通协调能力
