职位描述

Responsibilities:

· To drive process standardization for the organization with an objective of optimizing business performance and reducing wastage

o To deploy effective metrics/KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the processes including their operational definitions and reporting frequency

o To establish/maintain process metrics and take corrective actions to correct process deviations

o To conduct periodic process benchmarking to ensure competitiveness

· To initiate and drive process improvement or process re-engineering projects related to Retail and Wholesale products.

o To govern the new process rollouts and its approval

o To establish and monitor the benefit realization of various initiative

o To investigate BAU quality issues to identify root cause and implement appropriate corrective actions

· To coordinate with operations, T&O and Middle Office business units to align their work functions to end to end processes and collaborate with business areas to define key measures of performance and analyze potential improvement actions

· To work with respective stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation with positive impact to customers and performance in a manner through standardization process re-design process improvement initiatives Encourage the Operations Functions (Channels and T&O) for establishing a sustained culture of process excellence

· To understand business need with ground level issues/regulatory/productivity improvements etc. and establish new process workflow with the help of business and support functions

· To maintain the repository of latest business processes


Skills Required:

· 7-10 years of experience in operations, middle office with relevant experience on business process re-engineering or process improvement initiatives in Wholesale banking domain.

· Attention to details and ability to work effectively to strict deadlines

· Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with senior stakeholders, business subject matter experts, T&O and HR

· Knowledge of workflow design, reconciliation, regulatory reporting, business process & analytics & MIS reporting

· Ability to work without supervision, and interact with a variety of stakeholders at different levels

· Ability and willingness to challenge and negotiate to achieve the right outcomes

· Ability to coach & train others

· Good analytical skills practical application of Excel (pivots, macros, etc.)
