KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for monthly closing and year-end closing in reporting system;
• Prepare kinds of management report, such as MMR, GSA reports, and BS accounts reconciliation;
• Prepare the report of monthly KPI review;
• Prepare and Coordinate monthly rolling forecast and yearly budget;
• Manage the affiliated company finance tasks, such as GZ JV, and any other new organization;
• Coordinate TSN Terminal monthly report;
• Coordinate voyage account transit project, including reconciliation, and related filing and report;
• Take part in external / internal audit;
• Super user of finance and reporting system of QView, CODA, Contempus, and Current;
• Develop, manage and support the implementation of any new accounting tasks in new area;
• Participate in various projects and give the advice from finance/control point of view;
• Prepare and implement Accounting Control Policy;
• Back up of Finance Head to manage China finance team;
• Other tasks as assigned.

Competences:

• Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting;
• More than 5 years working experience, at least 2 years experience of finance analysis;
• Experience of project management is a plus;
• Marine & logistics industry experience is advantage;
• Proactive working spirit;
• Good communication skill;
• Familiar with the government rules and regulations;
• Result-oriented;
• Good team-player;
• Strong sense of deadline;
• Can work under pressure;
• Good command in English.
