岗位职责：
1.负责进料、过程、成品、客诉中的物料问题处理，供方改进追踪反馈；
2.供应商定期绩效评定，并根据绩效评结果制定供应商的辅导提升计划；
3.配合相关部门进行新供应商的评定及导入工作；
4.参与新项目供应商辅导（含技术解说、与供方的标制定、样品确认结果反馈、改善跟进等）；
5.制定供应商审核计划，并按照计划执行；
6.变更物料的供方质量控制；
7.制定进料检验规范，并能辅导进料检验人员进行操作。

任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，材料，机械，电子、质量等理工背景；
2.熟悉8D、PPAP、FMEA、CP等，可以指导供应商；
3.对熟悉电子元器件的生产工艺，如PCBA、FPC、IC二极管等，电子专业背景为佳；
4.具3年供应商质量管理工作经验，有过中小规模的供应商管理经验2年以上者优先。
